Programas autonómicos de hábitos de vida saludable en el contexto escolar español: una revisión de alcance desde la Estrategia NAOS

La promoción de hábitos de vida saludable en la adolescencia constituye una prioridad educativa y sanitaria por su influencia en el bienestar presente y futuro del alumnado. En España, la Estrategia NAOS establece un marco institucional orientado a fomentar la alimentación equilibrada y la práctica regular de actividad física en población escolar. El objetivo de este estudio fue analizar, mediante una revisión de alcance, los programas e iniciativas autonómicas de promoción de hábitos de vida saludable dirigidos a población adolescente en el contexto escolar español, valorando su alineación documental con los objetivos de la Estrategia NAOS y describiendo sus características generales, recursos disponibles y sistemas de evaluación y seguimiento. Se realizó una revisión de alcance mediante una búsqueda sistemática en los portales institucionales de las 17 Comunidades Autónomas, aplicando criterios de inclusión y exclusión previamente establecidos. Se analizaron variables relativas a objetivos, contenidos, recursos, disponibilidad documental, evaluación y seguimiento. Los resultados permitieron identificar 13 Programas de Hábitos de Vida Saludable y 32 recursos complementarios, distribuidos de forma desigual entre territorios. Se observó una elevada presencia documental de contenidos vinculados a la sensibilización, la educación nutricional y la promoción de la actividad física, mientras que la evaluación y el seguimiento mostraron un desarrollo insuficiente. Se concluye que las Comunidades Autónomas presentan una amplia disponibilidad de iniciativas institucionales vinculadas a la Estrategia NAOS, aunque persisten carencias relevantes en sistematización, transparencia documental y evaluación de los programas.
